I was so thrilled with my stay! the rooftop pool was an absolute dream, and the views were just fine. the breakfast was really delicious, and i appreciated that it wasn't a buffet. Everything felt so fresh and carefully prepared. the staff were really helpful. I loved the hotel!
I was a bit bummed about a couple of things. The lifts were a bit slow at times. it sometimes took a while to get up to the rooftop. also, the blackout curtains in the bedroom didn't quite reach the floor. A little bit of sun peeked in.

Rocco provided a friendly check-in and check-out experience. The hotel's location is advantageous, a short walk from the station. I found the rooftop pool particularly enjoyable. It offered striking city views. The inclusion of a welcome pack for children also impressed me.

Mohamed, the receptionist, was skilled. The staff demonstrated an effort to go above and beyond for guest satisfaction, providing quick responses and knowledgeable assistance. I felt very welcomed. They clearly addressed every need efficiently.

amazing battersea stay!
rooftop pool perfect location friendly staff
The rooftop pool was definitely a highlight. i visited it both at night and again at sunrise, and the views were very nice! the location was also perfect. I could easily explore the area. the staff was friendly!

attentive staff artsy room rooftop pool excellent service
I found the staff were really attentive and friendly, . i really loved the modern, artsy room with a great view. It was such a treat! the rooftop pool is fantastic. The views were amazing plus there is a bar for drinks before dinner. the reception team were very helpful and provided excellent customer service.
the furniture in the lobby looked a bit worn, i noticed some drink rings on the tables.

My art room plus king was spacious. The bed offered great comfort and the pillows supported my neck well. The location is close to the station, so it made commuting simple. The rooftop pool has city views. I particularly enjoyed the hotel's artistic style.
The lifts were slow sometimes I waited longer than expected.
